Privacy
In short: we collect no personal information from children. Play is counted anonymously, with no cookies and no identifiers. If a parent chooses to leave an email address, we use it only to say when the apps launch, and we delete it whenever you ask.
What the game counts
While the game is played it sends small anonymous counts, so we can see whether the game is fun and where it gets hard. Each one says only: what happened (for example "level won"), which level, how many days since this device first played, how many times the game has been opened on this device, and the game's version. Those two numbers are counted by the browser on the device itself. There are no cookies, no accounts, no ads and no tracking across websites. The counts are kept for about three months.
What we do not collect
No names, photos, voices, locations, contact details or identifiers from children. Our server does not record IP addresses. (As with any website, requests pass through our host, Cloudflare, on the way to you.)
Saved progress
Game progress is saved only in this browser, on this device. It is never sent to us. Clearing the browser's data for this site erases it.
A parent's email
In the Parent Corner, behind a grown-ups check, a grown-up can leave an email address to hear when the Orb Spirits apps launch. We keep the address and the date it was left, use it only for that note, never sell or share it, and delete it on request: write to hello@numberdale.com.
Children
Orb Spirits is made for children in grades 3 to 5 and never asks them for personal information. The email form is meant for parents and sits behind a grown-ups check. If you think a child entered an email address, write to hello@numberdale.com and we will delete it.
Where it is kept
Anonymous counts and parents' email addresses are stored with Cloudflare (Workers Analytics Engine and D1).

En resumen: no recopilamos ningún dato personal de los niños. El juego se cuenta de forma anónima, sin cookies ni identificadores. Si una madre, un padre o un tutor deja su correo electrónico, solo lo usamos para avisar cuando salgan las apps, y lo borramos cuando nos lo pida.
Qué cuenta el juego
Mientras se juega, el juego envía pequeños recuentos anónimos para saber si el juego divierte y dónde se vuelve difícil. Cada uno dice solo: qué pasó (por ejemplo, "nivel ganado"), qué nivel, cuántos días han pasado desde la primera partida en este dispositivo, cuántas veces se ha abierto el juego en él y la versión del juego. Esos dos números los cuenta el navegador en el propio dispositivo. No hay cookies, cuentas, anuncios ni seguimiento entre sitios web. Los recuentos se guardan unos tres meses.
Qué no recopilamos
Ningún nombre, foto, voz, ubicación, dato de contacto ni identificador de los niños. Nuestro servidor no registra direcciones IP. (Como en cualquier sitio web, las solicitudes pasan por nuestro proveedor, Cloudflare.)
Progreso guardado
El progreso se guarda solo en este navegador, en este dispositivo, y nunca se nos envía. Borrar los datos de este sitio en el navegador lo elimina.
El correo de una madre, un padre o un tutor
En el Rincón de los padres, tras una comprobación para adultos, una persona adulta puede dejar su correo para saber cuándo salen las apps de Orb Spirits. Guardamos la dirección y la fecha, la usamos solo para ese aviso, nunca la vendemos ni la compartimos, y la borramos si nos lo pide: escriba a hello@numberdale.com.
Niños
Orb Spirits está hecho para niños de 3.º a 5.º grado y nunca les pide datos personales. El formulario de correo es para personas adultas y está tras una comprobación para adultos. Si cree que un niño escribió un correo, escríbanos a hello@numberdale.com y lo borraremos.
Dónde se guarda
Los recuentos anónimos y los correos se guardan en Cloudflare (Workers Analytics Engine y D1).

隐私说明

游戏统计什么

我们不收集什么
不收集孩子的姓名、照片、声音、位置、联系方式或任何标识符。我们的服务器不记录 IP 地址。（和任何网站一样，请求会经过我们的托管服务商 Cloudflare 送达。）
游戏进度
进度只保存在这台设备的这个浏览器里，从不发送给我们。清除浏览器中本网站的数据即可删除。
家长邮箱
在家长角（需通过家长验证），家长可以留下邮箱，以便在数灵物语应用上线时收到通知。我们只保存邮箱地址和留下的日期，只用于这一次通知，绝不出售或分享，并可按要求删除：请写信至 hello@numberdale.com。
关于孩子
本游戏面向三到五年级的孩子，从不要求孩子提供个人信息。邮箱表单是给家长的，并设有家长验证。如果您认为孩子填写了邮箱，请写信至 hello@numberdale.com，我们会删除。
数据存放在哪里
匿名统计和家长邮箱存放在 Cloudflare（Workers Analytics Engine 与 D1）。
